11:00am HST - 10.6.10: I am finally getting settled into the Oakley Safehouse here in Kona, HI. Always love coming back here, reminds me of the semster I spent on Oahu back in '99.

Anyway, training has been going okay, crazy climate changes from Aspen at 9,000' plus feet to running back on the beach in San Clemente to running here on the roads in the strong humidity.

Either way, really loving it and even getting in some tennis with Welchy - which has been a nice release of sorts in the early morning hours.
