8:00am MST - 9.20.10: They finally arrived, I cannot believe it - my Nike "Custom ID" Lunar Glide +2 sneakers. These puppies are all green just like I designed, plus they say "4MOM" on the tongue of each shoe. Now if that is not inspiration I don't know what is?!

Super stoked to get out on the road and running in these green machines. My brother Micah had me custom fitted for running shoes at RoadRunner HQ outside San Diego a few weeks ago and told me these were my best shoe that Nike offered.

I cannot say enough how thankful I am of my good friend Dave at 21 Mercer for hooking these bad boys up for me.

Additionally, a big thank you to Riley and Lance at Nike HQ for hooking up additional pairs of Lunar Glide +2 sneakers to train in. It's been an incredible help due to the fact that my left leg has been acting up.

To that point, big ups to Welchy for hooking me up with Dan Selstad who has been working on my left leg to make it ready for the NYC Marathon.
